The State of Diversity in the UK Construction Industry
The construction industry in the United Kingdom has long struggled with inclusivity, with underrepresentation of various races, ethnicities, and ages. Historically, diversity has not been a hallmark of this sector, and it has posed challenges in creating an environment that reflects the rich tapestry of our society.

At Regiis we recognised this discrepancy and set out to be a trailblazer in changing the narrative. Our workforce is a vibrant group of individuals from different ethnicities, religions, and age groups. We take pride in having team members who were born in India, Nigeria, UK and more. QS specialists (Leah) was born and raised in the Philippines. She is a civil engineer graduate and our most valuable QS expert as she brings a tenacious drive and consistency to every project, she is involved in. She always delivers beyond what is expected of her. Additionally, out marketing Lead (Tobi) is a new member of the team. He was born and raised in Nigeria, and he is of the Christian faith. He is an international business graduate, and always has unique perspectives on marketing strategies and implementation.
